Star Wars Crochet

A long time ago in a galaxy far far away.........

 Okay, not really that long ago. I know it's been done before, but I have never done it before. The nerd in me wanted to make my own crocheted Star Wars characters, so here they are.

 

Crochet Junk Food

    I learned to crochet when I was very young and have been playing around with yarn ever since. I love to imagine something and then try to create it. This is one of my ideas that has come to life.


 

Super Magic Bars

    I'm sure most of you have made or tasted the classic Eagle Brand Magic Cookie Bars recipe.
So have I. In fact, I grew up eating and making them quite often. Usually when it comes to tried
and true recipes I am a loyalist, but sometimes you just have take something good and make it
great. In this case I have taken something great and made it even better. I call them....


                 Super Magic Bars
     Crust:

• 1 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup(1 1/2 sticks) butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder

      Toppings:

• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
• 1 cup chopped pecans or nut of choice
• 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
